 The Recreation Department is committed to providing clean, safe, and well-maintained parks and facilities to the citizens of Richmond and it's surrounding townships, and is dedicated to coordinating efficient cost-effective programs and special events to promote and enhance the quality of life in Richmond.
  1. Perennial Exchange May 23rd, 2015

    The Recreation Department's Perennial Exchange will be held Saturday, May 23rd at 9 a.m. at the Beebe Street Park Pavilion. If you are bringing plants, please label them, but you do not have to bring plants to take plants home with you. Perennial Exchange Flyer
