Trick-or-Treating in the City of Richmond is 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 31st. Stop and see Count Richmond at the No Tricks, Only Treats event at the Fire Hall, 69465 Main Street, during Trick-or-Treating Hours. The Fire Siren will sound at the beginning and end of Trick-or-Treating.
