[ARCHIVED] City Offices Closed in Observance of Veterans Day

City of Richmond Offices (City Hall, DPW and the Library) will be closed in observance of Veterans Day on Friday, November 10, 2023.  Offices will re-open on Monday, November 13, 2023.
