Land lines in Richmond including the non-emergency phone line at the Police Department continue to experience problems due to Frontier/AT&T issues.
Frontier indicated they hope to have the issue resolved by tomorrow.
The non-emergency phone line at the Police Department (727-4000) is down. The 9-1-1 emergency line is working.
The dispatch window at the Police Department (36725 Division) is open 24/7 should you need non-emergency service. For non-emergency questions, you can also email richmonddispatch@comcast.net
Other City facilities including the Library, DPW and Recreation Departments are also affected.
