The City of Richmond water tower is out of service Monday, June 2nd through Friday, June 6th for maintenance and cleaning. Residents are asked to please conserve water by limiting lawn irrigation during this process.
During this time, the City will be maintaining system pressure through the use of its wells.
In order to balance the pressure, we will have pressure relief valves located on fire hydrants at:
- East end of Pound Road
- Priestap & Beech
- On Lake Angela Drive
- Division Road, by EMS
- West end of 31 Mile Road
These valves are intended to “leak” water as the pressure fluctuates.
