The Richmond Area Small Urban Program Selection Committee will meet on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, 1:00 p.m., at the City of Richmond, Council Chambers. The committee is made up of representatives from the City of Richmond and Macomb County Department of Roads. The purpose of the meeting will be to select projects for inclusion on the 2027 to 2029 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program. Interested persons are invited to attend to give public comment.
