The Friends of the Lois Wagner Memorial Library announce their 19th Annual Christmas Cookie Sale on Friday, December 13, 2013 in the library Meeting Room 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. Cookies are generously donated by the Richmond community and are $5 per pound.
