Trick or Treating in the City of Richmond is 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 31st. Stop and see Count Richmond at the No Tricks Only Treats event at the Fire Hall, 69465 Main Street, during Trick or Treating Hours.
