Richmond City Offices will be closed Monday through Wednesday of both Christmas Week (12/23, 12/24 & 12/25) and New Years Week (12/30, 12/31 &1/1). This includes City Hall, Library and the Community Center. A drop box is located to the right of the front entrance at City Hall for tax and utility payments.
