2022 DECEMBER BOARD OF REVIEW
The City of Richmond Board of Review will meet on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the City Offices, 36725 Division Road, Richmond, Michigan 48062.
This Board of Review is for the purpose of correcting qualified errors verified by the assessor as it relates to statute MCL 211.53b(1), (8), it can also take action under MCL 211.7(u) regarding a Poverty Exemption for the current year, a Qualified Agricultural Property Exemption under MCL 211.ee for the current year, which has been denied by the assessor; and a Qualified Agricultural Property Exemption under MCL 211.ee that was not on the assessment roll for the current year and one prior year. In addition, this Board of Review is for granting relief related to the Disabled Veteran’s Exemption MCL 211.7b.
