[ARCHIVED] City Offices Closed 12/23 & 12/26

The City Offices, including City Hall, the Lois Wagner Memorial Library & the Richmond Community Center, will closed on Friday, December 23rd and Monday, December 26th in observance of the Christmas Holiday. We will reopen on Monday, December 27th.
