[ARCHIVED] Community Center Open to Residents Affected by Storms

For those residents that were affected by the storms last night and do not have any power, the Richmond Community Center is open with power. They have air conditioning, can make you a pot of coffee, or if you want to just stop in for a visit, head on up, they’re open today until 3:30pm.
