Halloween's No Tricks, Only Treats event will be at the Richmond Fire Hall, 69465 Main Street, 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Halloween. Stop and visit with Count Richmond and get candy from area businesses, organizations and churches in the parking lot. The Fire Department will be handing out candy and popcorn and the Police Department will be conducting a candy check. All events are 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. October 31st. Richmond TV will be taping the children with the Count to air on Channel 6.
