Trick or Treating in the City of Richmond will be on Friday, October 31st, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Fire Siren will be activated at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. The Police Department will be conducting a candy check at the Fire Hall, 69465 Main Street. The Chamber of Commerce will be hosting their Treats in the Street event on Friday, October 31st from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the north Municipal Parking lot next to the banquet hall.
