Summer taxes are payable online or at City Hall through September 30, 2025 without penalty. To pay online, please click here.
As of October 1, 2025, an initial 4% penalty plus 1% interest per month will apply. Qualifying individuals can fill out a deferment application to allow them to pay summer taxes through February 28, 2026 without penalty. Note: this application must be completed and turned into the city prior to the September 30, 2025 tax due date.
