Deadline to pay your 2025 summer and/or winter taxes at City Hall is Saturday, February 28, 2026.

As of March 3, 2026, all outstanding taxes will be sent to Macomb County for collection, where an initial 5% penalty plus 1% interest per month will apply. Taxes are payable at City Hall, online (www.cityofrichmond.net), or by mail until Saturday, February 28, 2026. City Hall is open Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, after-hours drop box is available on the outside of the building at City Hall, and a drive-up drop box is located in the roundabout.
