Entries for the annual Chili Cook Off during the Richmond Winter Festival are being taken now! The fee is $10 per entry, and all entries will be judged by the public. Sampling costs $2 per person, begins at 11 a.m. and ends at 1:30 p.m. Contact 727-3064
