2015 DECEMBER BOARD OF REVIEW
The City of Richmond Board of Review will meet on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the City Offices, 36725 Division Road, Richmond, Michigan 48062.
This Board of Review is for the purpose of correcting clerical errors and mutual mistakes (MCLA 211.53b), Homestead Exemptions (MCL 211.7cc(14)), Poverty Exemptions (MCL 211.7(u)), and Rescission of Homestead Exemptions (MCL 211.7cc(10)). An owner of property that is a “homestead” property on June 1, 2015, may appeal to this Board of Review for the current year and the immediately succeeding three years an exemption that is not on the tax roll.
NO ASSESSMENT APPEALS WILL BE HEARD
