On Monday, March 28th between 9:00 a.m. - noon, DTE will be undertaking upgrades to their system. Electricity will be off for 30 minutes to 1 hour. The affected communities will be: The City of Richmond, Richmond Township, Lenox Township, Casco Township and Columbus Township.
