Water Service will be temporarily disrupted to a number of homes on Pound Road on Friday July 8, 2016 from approximately 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The water service disruption is due to the contractor needing to tie in the water main on Pound Road to the water main on Karen Street. City DPW personnel will be going door to door with notices to the affected homeowners.
Once the work has been performed, water service will be restored. Please note that the water may be discolored after the water service is restored, but should clear up after a short period. If the water does not clear up, please contact the City of Richmond Public Works Office at (586) 727-7575.
