Park & Grove Overlay – This summer’s street project has started in the City of Richmond. The project will mill and resurface Park Street from Main to Ridge; and overlay Grove Street from Park to the trail crossing. Astec Asphalt was on site Monday, May 15th to remove pavement around all the drainage structures on Park Street. This is in anticipation of milling the roadway Tuesday, May 16th. Drainage Structure adjustments and pavement repairs on Park & Grove are scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday. Paving is anticipated Thursday and Friday. All work will be completed under traffic. Minor delays should be expected by motorists, but access to all properties will generally be maintained.
