The City of Richmond is accepting applications for the position of Part-Time Deputy Treasurer & Administrative Assistant. This is a part-time administrative position that is normally scheduled for 16 to 24 hours per week at a starting wage of up to $15.00 per hour.
This employee works under the supervision and direction of the City Treasurer and City Manager, assisting in a variety of administrative matters related to accounting and provides general administrative support to the City Manager. Applicants are expected to have a working knowledge of word processing, computer skills, office technology, and excellent grammar and spelling. Accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred. The candidate must be able to interact with the public in a courteous and professional manner.
