Through the COVID Emergency Rental Assistance (CERA) program, eligible renters in Macomb County may receive:
- Up to 10-12 months of past-due rental assistance
- Up to 3 months of future rental assistance
- Up to $2,500 past-due or future utility assistance
- a $300 flat fee home internet stipend
