City of Richmond Recreation Department 2021 Scarecrow Decorating Contest

This year's contest is underway. Individuals, families, businesses, clubs and organizations have entered this year's contest.  Be sure to check out all of the entries along Main Street as you travel through town. 

A jury of volunteers from the community will judge the entries. Certificates will be given for Best Overall, Best Non-Profit and Favorite Business entries.
