The Richmond Area Good Old Days Festival Opening Ceremonies are held on the Festival Stage in Bailey Park at 7:00 pm on Thursday, September 8th. Immediately following the Opening Ceremonies is the Little Miss Richmond Contest.
In the event of rain, the events will be moved the stage inside the Beverage Tent.
