The Richmond Police Officers Association is raffling off a golf cart again this year. Tickets are $10 each and can be purchased at the Richmond Police Department. Only 1,500 tickets are being sold. The drawing will be held at the RPOA Pig Roast and Golf Cart Rodeo on August 6, 2023 at Beebe Street Park (need not be present to win).
