Richmond is in the process of updating our Tax Increment Finance Authority (TIFA) Plan. The City is inviting City business owners to a meeting on Thursday, June 26th, 7:00 p.m. at City Hall to get their input into the plan. We are looking for input and ideas regarding our current programs as well as future economic development programs, promotional activities, and infrastructure “bricks and mortar” improvements.
