Nominating petitions are available at the City Clerk's Office, 36725 Division Rd, Richmond, during the normal business hours of Monday - Friday, from 8am - 4:30pm.
Three (3) four-year term Council positions will be voted on at the November 7, 2023 Election.
To be eligible for election to the Richmond City Council, you must meet the following requirements:
- Resident of the City for a total of one (1) year or more preceding the election
- Registered elector of the City at the time of filing your nominating petitions
Completed Nominating petitions and the candidates Affidavit of Identity need to be returned to the City Clerk Office between FRIDAY, JULY 14, 2023, AND THE DEADLINE DATE OF TUESDAY, JULY 25, 2023, BY 4 PM.
