Facilities

The Richmond Community Center is available for rental for private parties, such as baby showers, birthdays, and wedding showers. The building is mainly available for private rentals on Saturday and Sundays, as the Community Center hosts many enrichment classes on weeknights. 

The Community Center can be divided into the Large Side and Small Side, each of which can be rented individually for smaller gatherings. The Small Side can accommodate around 40-45 people, with tables and chairs. The rental fee for the Small Side is $20 an hour, with a $50 returnable deposit required at the time of booking. 

The Community Center has the following amenities:

• 4 8-ft tables
  
• 9 6-ft tables
  
• 10 80-inch round tables
  
• 100 chairs

There is a $15 flat fee to rent the kitchen along with the Large Side of the Community Center. Kitchen amenities include:

• Refrigerator
• Large sink
• 2 ovens
• Stove
