The Beebe Street Park Pavilion is available for private rentals from the months of May-September. The Pavilion features 14 picnic tables and is in close proximity to the outdoor restrooms and outdoor grills. Those renting the Pavilion may also take advantage of the park horseshoe pits and sand volleyball courts.

The current fee for renting the Pavilion is $40 a day for City of Richmond residents and $80 a day for non-residents (including those in Richmond Township, Lenox, Casco and Columbus). A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking; provided the Pavilion and surrounding area is left in good condition, the deposit will be returned after your rental.

Beer and wine is permitted in the Pavilion ONLY. This requires a separate Beer and Wine Permit to be purchased at the time of reservation. The Beer and Wine Permit is $30. Please note that glass bottles are not allowed in the park.
