The City of Richmond along with the Macomb County Emergency Management Department are closely monitoring the outbreak of the respiratory illness Coronavirus Disease (abbreviated "COVID-19"). Included in this newsflash is a link to our COVID-19 Update.
In order to protect our residents and staff, and slow the spread of the virus we recommend that residents follow the recommendation below:
At this time, the City of Richmond requests that, when possible, all utility payments be mailed in, paid online or put in the drop box – which will be checked frequently throughout the day.
We would also request that residents with routine questions contact City Staff by phone or email prior to coming into City Offices (586) 727-7571.
