The Richmond Community Center is available for rental for private parties, such as baby showers, birthdays, and wedding showers. The building is mainly available for private rentals on Saturday and Sundays, as the Community Center hosts many enrichment classes on weeknights.
The building's maximum capacity is 250 people, however maximum seating is for 100 people
The Community Center has the following amenities:
- 4 8-ft tables
- 9 6-ft tables
- 10 80-inch round tables
- 100 chairs
There is a $15 flat fee to rent the kitchen along with the Large Side of the Community Center. Kitchen amenities include:
- Refrigerator
- Large sink
- 2 ovens
- Stove
