Library Card Application

You can now apply for a library card online! Click here to fill out our application. Please note the following:

You will not gain immediate access, as your application needs to be entered into our integrated library system. Please give us at least 24 hours to process your application.
When your application has been processed, you will be informed via the email address you provided in your application.
Once we reopen, you will not be able to check out physical items until you provide a picture ID and proof of residency at the library's Circulation Desk.
OverDrive e-books and audiobooks are available to Richmond and Richmond Township residents only. Residents in Casco and Columbus Township are considered courtesy patrons, and are welcome to use the RBDigital collection, as well as our in-house materials when we open.
