Members
The Richmond Recreation Board is established by city charter and comprised of five citizen members appointed by the City Council for two-year, staggered terms. The city manager and one city councilor also serve as ex-officio members of the board by virtue of their respective offices.
Overview
The Recreation Board is responsible for identifying and coordinating recreational needs in the Richmond area.
